Cannabis delivery runs on state licenses, not search results. If your state issues delivery permits, a dispensary or a licensed courier can bring THC products and glass to your address. If it does not, no legal delivery exists, and any site that claims otherwise is selling without a license. Bongs count as accessories, so a smoke shop can run its own local delivery in states where cannabis sales are legal.
Where delivery is legal
Rules differ by state and sometimes by city. County bans are common in California and Michigan.
- Adult-use delivery with a state permit: California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Michigan, Massachusetts, New York.
- Medical delivery permits, no adult-use delivery: Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland.
- No legal sales or delivery: Idaho, Kansas, Wyoming, South Carolina.

What a courier can carry
A dispensary courier carries flower, vapes, edibles, and concentrates up to the state possession limit. A smoke shop courier carries glass, papers, grinders, and other accessories. Some shops sell both under one license. Others cannot. Ask which license covers the order.
ID, age, and payment
- Age 21 and over for adult use. Medical patients can be 18 with a valid card in some states.
- Couriers scan a government ID at the door. Expired IDs fail.
- Federal card networks block cannabis charges. Expect cash, debit through a cashless ATM, or a state-approved payment app.
Fees and wait times
Delivery fees run about $5 to $15. Order minimums run $20 to $50. Dense metro areas see 30 to 90 minute windows. Rural routes can take a full day because couriers batch stops. Some shops waive the fee above a set order total.
Shipping is a separate question
USPS Publication 52 bans drug paraphernalia in the mail. UPS and FedEx publish similar restrictions. Glass bought online ships from in-state sellers, or you pick it up at the store. Moving THC products across state lines is illegal under federal law.
What to check before ordering
